Job Summary

An IT consulting firm is in need of a Telecommute RCM Clinical Application Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources
  • Update and maintain system documentation (Technical Manual, Design Specification, etc.)
  • Lead and participate in software project implementations and major upgrade planning

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Experience being a Subject Matter Expert in both enterprise-class applications as well as smaller, more specialized applications
  • Familiarity with Active Directory Federated Service and Azure Active Directory
  • Passionate about software and service development
