Job Summary
An IT consulting firm is in need of a Telecommute RCM Clinical Application Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources
- Update and maintain system documentation (Technical Manual, Design Specification, etc.)
- Lead and participate in software project implementations and major upgrade planning
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience being a Subject Matter Expert in both enterprise-class applications as well as smaller, more specialized applications
- Familiarity with Active Directory Federated Service and Azure Active Directory
- Passionate about software and service development
