Job Summary

A legal firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Real Estate Closing Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Contact borrowers to confirm appointment details
  • Monitor cut off times for closing document
  • Resolve or escalate client, attorney or borrower concerns

Qualifications for this position include:

  • University Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
  • Comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations
  • Ability to ensure accuracy on critical real estate and mortgage lending documents
  • Ability to document and note all files with detailed and accurate information
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with extended hours when required (especially at end of month)
