Job Summary
A legal firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Real Estate Closing Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Contact borrowers to confirm appointment details
- Monitor cut off times for closing document
- Resolve or escalate client, attorney or borrower concerns
Qualifications for this position include:
- University Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations
- Ability to ensure accuracy on critical real estate and mortgage lending documents
- Ability to document and note all files with detailed and accurate information
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with extended hours when required (especially at end of month)
