A field appraisal company is seeking a Telecommute Real Estate Field Staff Appraiser in Riverside County.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Complete market value residential property appraisal orders
- Complete real estate appraisals within a defined territory
- Being responsible for data management including collection, verification and analysis of sales
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A valid driver's license andthe ability to travel locally
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in appraising all types of residential property
- FHA Approved appraiser in good standing
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in completing residential real estate appraisals
- Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser license in good standing
