Job Summary
A real estate and relocation services company is in need of a Telecommute Real Estate Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing entire project life cycles
- Enhancing deliverables by creating high-impact, real-world case studies, exercises, graphics, and job aids
- Applying recognized instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles for ILT, VILT, and on-demand learning
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional standards of excellence in all aspects of work
- Proven track of designing and developing learning solutions that measurably improve performance
- Must be able to effectively employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with peers, design, SMEs and specific business partners by clarifying deliverables and reinforcing outcomes
