Job Summary
An international law firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Real Estate Paralegal.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing base loan documents
- Drafting deeds, easements, and other land instruments
- Conducting due diligence in connection with closings
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
- Associate degree required
- Ability to communicate well in a remote setting
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
