Job Summary
A developer of sales software for real estate companies has an open position for a Telecommute Real Estate Software Sales Customer Support Expert.
Must be able to:
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers via Zendesk
- Answer support tickets via Zendesk to help customers solve problems
- Monitor accounts to ensure that our customers are thrilled
