A developer of sales software for real estate companies has an open position for a Telecommute Real Estate Software Sales Customer Support Expert.

Must be able to:

  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers via Zendesk
  • Answer support tickets via Zendesk to help customers solve problems
  • Monitor accounts to ensure that our customers are thrilled
