A sensor technology company is seeking a Telecommute Real Estate Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Cataloging and uploading new documents to the property database
- Periodically updating other data in the existing property database
- Supporting possible future transition to a more robust facilities/space/asset management system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with real estate management practices and terminology including contracts
- Strong computational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work in pressure situations to achieve deadlines
