Job Summary
A real estate technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Real Estate Technology Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being the first point of contact for real estate agents and customers
- Educating real estate agents on the details of the program
- Being the expert in navigating our apps and troubleshooting in a fast paced environment
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience working in a real estate position and/or experience speaking with real estate agents in a past professional role
- Prior experience answering Facebook messages for a corporate account
- Proven success working 100% remote in prior positions
- Familiar and/or able to learn Zoom, Slack, and Google
