Job Summary
A real estate investment company has an open position for a Telecommute Real Estate Vendor Onboarding Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring that vendors are properly vetted and onboarded from a system, performance, and process perspective
- Sourcing vendors for the services and trades that are required to support construction and property operations
- Evaluating the vendor base, identifying gaps and sourcing for additional vendors
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work well using electronic tools and technology-based systems
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Ability to meet deadlines
