A food ordering company has an open position for a Telecommute Real Time Command Center Analyst in Chicago.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handling employee scheduling concerns
  • Providing timely information to the Leadership Team regarding the performance of the operation
  • Real Time Monitoring of the entire operation

Required Skills:

  • Regular in-office social events
  • Work with the Leadership team to achieve specific call center goals
  • A willingness to learn and adapt
  • Must be able to work 8:00AM - 4:30PM Fri - Tues
