Job Summary
An aviation and aerospace company is in need of a Telecommute Records and Information Management Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Assist in resolving issues escalated from Records Steward and / or Program Manager
- Escalate questions to RIM Process Owner Informs Records Steward and / or Program Manager of any determinations made by RPO
- Provide strategic and operational guidance as they develop the Office of Record file plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in a role that required strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
- Experience with process management
- 1+ years of experience with document and records management
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc)
- Ability to provide guidance and support to Office of records to identify legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational record retention requirements and coordinates a change to a retention period for retaining and disposing of business records
