Job Summary

A mobile travel app is in need of a Telecommute Recovery Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage the process to identify and initiate cash recoveries with partners
• Roll up your sleeves getting into the details
• Manage the entire end-to-end process

Required Skills:

• 5-8 years relevant Accounting / Collections experience
• Accounting or relevant business degree
• Proven ability to manage multiple recovery processes and teams with very fine attention to detail
• A curious, growth mindset that’s consistently challenging the status quo to make impactful change
• Advanced data analysis experience to find the path of least resistance
• Experience working with Desk.com or a similar case management app
