Job Summary
A biotechnology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Source candidates, screen resumes, interview applicants and refer qualified candidates to Human Resources
- Act as the subject matter expert for recruitment related questions for hiring managers and human resources
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead recruitment process for active open positions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 15% of the time
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, a related program or 4 years equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience for diverse positions
- Experience with corporate recruiting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
