Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for RPO clients
- Implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, solutions
- Relating to individuals at all levels
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years experience with end to end, high volume recruiting
- Experience conducting well documented behavioral based interviews
- Excellent consultative skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in self management and recruitment metrics tracking
- Ability to portray professionalism, both verbally and written, to all levels of the organization
- Strong customer service initiative/focus
