Job Summary
A non-profit focused on blood cancers is filling a position for a Telecommute Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment
- Assist with defining the hiring needs of the department
- Source, cold call, screen and manage the interview and offer process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Conduct interviews (in person, phone, Skype) with candidates
- BA/BS degree in business or human resources management
- 7 -10 years of experience recruiting diverse populations for multiple locations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite as well as internet navigation
- Experience in working with applicant tracking systems
- Experience with sophisticated compensation negotiations
