Job Summary

A non-profit focused on blood cancers is filling a position for a Telecommute Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment
  • Assist with defining the hiring needs of the department
  • Source, cold call, screen and manage the interview and offer process

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Conduct interviews (in person, phone, Skype) with candidates
  • BA/BS degree in business or human resources management
  • 7 -10 years of experience recruiting diverse populations for multiple locations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite as well as internet navigation
  • Experience in working with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with sophisticated compensation negotiations
