A consulting firm is seeking a Telecommute Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders (“Clients”) to evaluating hiring needs
- Leading “scoping discussions” with clients to kick off each search
- Objectively tracking progress toward success and developing and deploying necessary countermeasures
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Require 3-5 plus years’ recruiting experience
- Proactive, cold calling, networking, and passive recruiting roles
- Must have considerable and demonstrable experience cold calling and networking for candidates
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and interview skills
- All other requirements necessary for this position
