Job Summary

A consulting firm is seeking a Telecommute Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders (“Clients”) to evaluating hiring needs
  • Leading “scoping discussions” with clients to kick off each search
  • Objectively tracking progress toward success and developing and deploying necessary countermeasures

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Require 3-5 plus years’ recruiting experience
  • Proactive, cold calling, networking, and passive recruiting roles
  • Must have considerable and demonstrable experience cold calling and networking for candidates
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and interview skills
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
