Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing the full-cycle recruiting process ensuring an excellent candidate experience
• Partnering with our leaders and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs
• Developing creative and streamlined hiring processes for talent

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting within a startup organization
• Proven ability to recruit and hire top-tier engineering talent
• Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market research, talent mapping and negotiating offers
• Experience building a diverse pipeline of candidates and the perseverance to drive results
• Experience using data, sharing current hiring / market trends with hiring teams around the talent ecosystem
