Job Summary

A payment processing company is seeking a Telecommute Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Provide full life-cycle recruiting of positions across functions, geographies, and levels
• Leverage a variety of sourcing channels to find and attract candidates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring manager, teams, and candidates

Required Skills:

• Able to occasionally travel to offices
• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology environment
• 3+ years of Corporate recruiting experience
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and best practices
• Experience partnering with and managing staffing vendors
• Ability to build and sustain a strong network of talent
