Job Summary

A medical technology incubator is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Source, contact and qualify potential candidates in the marketplace
• Successfully prioritize and review job requisitions in order to understand the needs of the various companies and hiring managers
• Develop and drive sourcing strategies with a focus on long and short term pipeline building of diverse talent

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3-5 years of corporate full-life cycle recruiting experience
• Well-rounded experience recruiting across multiple business functions
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with hiring manager and drive the recruiting process
• Experience working with strict timelines
