Job Summary
A business consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommute Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to provide consultation and recruiting strategies to ensure a timely and effective hiring process that exceeds client expectations and elevates the candidate experience
- Using a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques to obtain a pool of well-qualified candidates
- Recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 - 3+ years experience as a recruiter or in HR
- 1+ years’ experience recruiting for technical and/or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and hiring manager relationships
- Experience sourcing and closing candidates ranging from entry level to senior management positions
- Demonstrated excellent communication and writing skills
- Proven strong cross-team collaboration skills
