Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Design and develop recruiting strategy
- Serve as a key owner of recruitment and hiring processes
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication and writing abilities
- Strong research techniques and capabilities
- Experienced using ATS tools like Breezy HR, Greenhouse, Lever
- Experience posting to job boards
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiting or HR role
- Minimum bachelor's degree or greater preferably in Human Resources Management
