Job Summary
A biotechnology company is in need of a Telecommute Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with HR and Managers to develop and execute recruiting plans
- Maintaining EEOC log of all interviews conducted
- Performing employment and background checks
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience with high volume recruiting
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong oral and written communication skills
