Job Summary

A staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Recruiter III.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying critical and ongoing staffing needs
  • Developing talent pipelines
  • Ongoing engagement with potential candidates

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to participate in conferences and industry-related external activity
  • Significant experience in a strategic executive recruiter role within Biotech/Pharma
  • Deep experience in competency, behavioural and capability assessments
  • Experience of recruiting across multiple geographies and functions
  • Fluent in English, ideally with an additional language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
