A non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommute Recruiter in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Actively sourcing passive candidates
• Effectively managing full life cycle recruitment from posting to offer
• Promoting and encouraging diversity and inclusion in support of the company's guiding values and strategic plan

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 3 or more years of proven track record in recruiting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated track record of creating and executing sourcing and/or networking strategies
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
