Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Actively sourcing passive candidates
- Effectively managing full life cycle recruitment from posting to offer
- Promoting and encouraging diversity and inclusion in support of the company's guiding values and strategic plan
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 or more years of proven track record in recruiting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated track record of creating and executing sourcing and/or networking strategies
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
