Job Summary
A digital marketing agency is filling a position for a Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with various teams and hiring managers to design and execute on hiring strategies
- Sourcing talent through deep internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, and referrals
- Managing the candidate experience, quarterly goals, and partnering with hiring managers effectively to meet hiring goals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Work in office location except for thursdays
- 3+ years of relevant recruiting or sourcing experience
- Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)--experience with Greenhouse a plus
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates
