Job Summary
A consulting firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Recruiter in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as the company's main point of contact to build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Maintaining memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations
- Developing and maintaining an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors Degree and 2 years of related experience
- Demonstrated ability to network in related industry
- Experience recruiting for a federal contractor, or recruiting for a federal agency or department
- Demonstrate knowledge and hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership and team management skill
