Job Summary
A global management consulting and professional services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Recruiting Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to inbound phone calls from candidates and client contacts, to assist with resolving inquiries or issues
- Performing Talent Acquisition Admin in background check & documentation
- Being responsible for Quality accuracy of the transactions completed by self as needed and also take care of the documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to adapt to potentially constant changes in process, in a heavily metrics-driven environment
- Process driven, strategic and critical thinking mindset
- Multi-tasking Ability
