Job Summary

A business services company is in need of a Telecommute Recruiting Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying and engaging talent that matches the clients desired skill set
  • Screening resumes, conducting phone screenings and phone interviews
  • Sourcing resumes through various forms of media

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1-3 years proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar position
  • 1-3 years experience recruiting within the automotive industry or a call center environment
  • Exceptional communication, interviewing, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on experience using sourcing techniques (Knowledge of Boolean, Board, Database, Network, Phone, and Mobile sourcing techniques)
  • Highly proficient with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail, and effective time-management skills
