Job Summary
A business services company is in need of a Telecommute Recruiting Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and engaging talent that matches the clients desired skill set
- Screening resumes, conducting phone screenings and phone interviews
- Sourcing resumes through various forms of media
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-3 years proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar position
- 1-3 years experience recruiting within the automotive industry or a call center environment
- Exceptional communication, interviewing, and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience using sourcing techniques (Knowledge of Boolean, Board, Database, Network, Phone, and Mobile sourcing techniques)
- Highly proficient with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail, and effective time-management skills
