Job Summary

A business services and development company is in need of a Telecommute Recruiting Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Scheduling high volume interviews, while meeting and exceeding SLAs
  • Facilitating an insanely great experience for candidates
  • Helping audit, analyze, and improve performance of our processes and tools

Required Skills:

  • 0-1 year of experience in HR or administrative role
  • Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition structure and function
  • Demonstrated customer service driven abilities and great verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to participate in team initiatives and assist with various Talent Acquisition projects
  • Ability to assist recruiters and hiring managers with questions
