Job Summary
A speech therapy company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Recruiting Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead, manage, grow, and motivate a dedicated team of clinical recruiters
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to effect change
- Plan and direct activities of staff
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some travel required to various recruiting events and headquarters
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting and leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- A track record of recruiting management at high-growth companies
- Proven capabilities as a manager and a great developer of talent
- Must meet all other listed company requirements
