A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Recruiting Engagement Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring Recruitment Partners are successfully on-boarded
- Coordinating, conducting and initiating Onboarding Webinar Sessions and One on One Trainings
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting key recruitment and retention metrics
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3-5 years hands on US Staffing recruitment experience
- A Bachelor's degree
- Savvy with technology systems
