Job Summary
A company that offers Workday services needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Recruiting Implementation Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and analyzing business needs and requirements across HCM/Recruiting areas
- Consulting with clients on a variety of data integrity issues
- Performing testing, deployment systems integration
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel 25%
- Previous experience working with Workday, PeopleSoft or other traditional ERP HCM (HR, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management and Organizational Design) systems/applications
- Bachelors degree or 10+ years of experience in various Human Resource disciplines
- Previous experience 5+ years working with Applicant Tracking and/or Recruiting systems/applications
- Candidate should have an in-depth understanding of corporate Recruiting functional knowledge
- All other requirements listed by the company
