Job Summary

A company that offers Workday services needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Recruiting Implementation Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying and analyzing business needs and requirements across HCM/Recruiting areas
  • Consulting with clients on a variety of data integrity issues
  • Performing testing, deployment systems integration

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel 25%
  • Previous experience working with Workday, PeopleSoft or other traditional ERP HCM (HR, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management and Organizational Design) systems/applications
  • Bachelors degree or 10+ years of experience in various Human Resource disciplines
  • Previous experience 5+ years working with Applicant Tracking and/or Recruiting systems/applications
  • Candidate should have an in-depth understanding of corporate Recruiting functional knowledge
