Job Summary

A consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Recruiting Implementation Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Consult with clients on a variety of data integrity issues
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and provide clarity and direction
  • Identify and analyze business needs and requirements across HCM/Recruiting areas

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel 25%
  • Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in various Human Resource disciplines
  • Have an in-depth understanding of corporate Recruiting functional knowledge
  • Previous experience working with Workday, PeopleSoft or other traditional ERP HCM
  • Possess an advanced knowledge of IT design principles, practices and theory
  • Previous experience 5+ years working with Applicant Tracking and/or Recruiting systems/applications
