A human resources service company is in need of a Telecommute Recruiting Processor Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working directly with Recruiting Leads to understand open positions and job requirements
• Managing candidate communication/follow up, with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the candidate lifecycle

Required Skills:

• Minimum one year of work experience, ideally working in a fast- moving environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
• A track record of simultaneously managing multiple priorities
