Job Summary
A company that sells recruiting software is seeking a Telecommute Recruiting Software Emerging Market Regional Sales Manager.
Must be able to:
- Prospect to a set of new business accounts within an assigned territory
- Make many contacts as you tackle a large volume of prospect opportunities
- Evangelize our unique solution and implement a disciplined sales process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to present product demonstrations both in person
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years proven, successful sales experience in a B2B / solution sales environment
- Background selling Talent Management Systems, Recruiting solutions, HRIS or CRM
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Technical acumen blended with the ability to communicate business value
