Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Recruiting Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing candidates in Workday, sharing qualified candidates with hiring leader
- Conducting phone screens for all referrals
- Scheduling initial interview(s) with hiring leader and prescreen team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience (technology sales preferred)
- Ability to multi-task, proactively communicate and organize inputs from multiple sources
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with an Application Tracking System (Workday preferred)
- Solid project management skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works with a sense of urgency
