A recruiting agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Recruiting Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading recruiting for assigned team
• Acting as an SME for the business
• Providing mentorship, and guidance to members of the recruiting teams

Qualifications for this position include:

• Must be able to direct source for hard to fill positions
• Solid client facing experience
• 4 years full cycle recruiting experience in a high volume and fast paced working environment
• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
