A workforce management solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Recruitment Process Outsourcing Product Strategy Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a variety of RPO products
- Select different technology platforms
- Analyze and monitor RPO market trends
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of program and services management leadership experience IN A
- Mix of full-cycle RPO vendor capacity and corporate talent acquisition functions
- 3-5 years of RPO service management experience and consulting
- Intimate knowledge of the recruiting technology and innovation landscape and trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
