A workforce management solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Recruitment Process Outsourcing Product Strategy Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop a variety of RPO products
  • Select different technology platforms
  • Analyze and monitor RPO market trends

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years of program and services management leadership experience IN A
  • Mix of full-cycle RPO vendor capacity and corporate talent acquisition functions
  • 3-5 years of RPO service management experience and consulting
  • Intimate knowledge of the recruiting technology and innovation landscape and trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
