Job Summary
A recruitment process outsourcing provider is in need of a Telecommute Recruitment Process Outsourcing Recruiter in the Austin Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions for healthcare and accounting
- Sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and assessing high volumes of candidates
- Seeking new avenues to attract candidates
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Commutable distance to Austin for on-site client meetings and/or recruiting events
- Minimum of 2 years recent high volume, fast-paced recruiting experience
- Must have proven experience supporting a high volume of full cycle requisitions
- Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects
- Excellent customer service delivery
- Strong presentation skills verbal and in person
