Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Recruitment Sales Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing the selection process
• Identifying and assessing candidates
• Developing a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify both passive and active candidates

Qualifications Include:

• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS office skills
• Experience working in an applicant tracking system and a strong social media presence
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting
