A staffing company is in need of a Telecommute Recruitment Sourcing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Implementing the sourcing strategy
• Utilizing behavioural based approach
• Proactively pipelining talent

Position Requirements Include:

• Prior experience in the staffing industry or Corporate HR
• Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles
• Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, associations AND
• Employee referral programs, social media and internet searches
• Strong knowledge of technology- Boolean search logic, MS Office Suite
