Job Summary
A leading provider of procurement performance solutions has a current position open for a Telecommute Recruitment Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Manage the entire hiring process end to end from sourcing to acceptance
- Manage candidates through the entire recruiting process
- Develop, implement and execut recruiting strategies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Extensive experience in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
- Ability to convert from cold call and build relationships with candidates
- Proven track record of hiring Sales folks
- 5-10 years of recruiting experience in the area of sales and customer services
- Working knowledge of any ATS
