Job Summary

A call center outsourcing services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Red Cross Disaster Relief Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking inbound calls from those impacted by Hurricanes and Wildfires
  • Helping those recovering from Natural Disasters

Required Skills:

  • Ability to show empathy for their frustrations or concerns and resolve the issue in a timely fashion
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in a virtual, work at home call center required
