Job Summary
A healthcare provider has an open position for a Telecommute Regional Behavioral Health Director.
Must be able to:
- Provide oversight of team of behavioral health care managers
- Educate patients and team members about the collaborative care model
- Provide direct patient care for people with behavioral health needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel locally
- Active CT or NY license (social workers, counselors, psychologists or nurses
- Proficiency in electronic records and/or care management platforms
- experienced with behavioral health tools and outcome- oriented care
- Experienced in motivational interviewing and problem solving treatment
- Experience with population health or quality improvement activities
