Telecommute Regional Digital Organizing Director

Job Summary

A political organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Regional Digital Organizing Director.

Must be able to:

• Serve as point of contact for State Digital Organizing Directors, working to support in-state priorities
• Coordinate with staff to set up systems and processes to build and execute state digital organizing strategy
• Collaborate with staff to coordinate in-state email and SMS schedules, manage and develop trainings

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience directing organizing or digital organizing program on a political campaign
• Strong understanding of digital organizing program and digital organizing tools
• Familiarity with peer-to-peer texting platforms such as ThruText
• Experience with managing staff and volunteers
• Able to communicate effectively to a diverse set of constituencies
• Exceptional writing, copyediting and proofreading skills
