Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Regional Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Fostering strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
- Coaching the team to close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives
- Enabling the team to aggressively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline
Qualifications Include:
- Conduct seminars, trade shows and other marketing related events
- Must live in territory
- 3+ years experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Experience managing a highly successful and talented Sales team
- Goal oriented, with a track record of overachievement
- Skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities
