Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Regional Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Fostering strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
  • Coaching the team to close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives
  • Enabling the team to aggressively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline

Qualifications Include:

  • Conduct seminars, trade shows and other marketing related events
  • Must live in territory
  • 3+ years experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Experience managing a highly successful and talented Sales team
  • Goal oriented, with a track record of overachievement
  • Skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities
