Telecommute Regional Director

Job Summary

A financial company specializing in tax preparation software and services needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Regional Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure goals and targets are met within the territory and will provide oversight management for district managers and staff members
• Ensure consistent application and interpretation of company policies and procedures
• Coach and mentor district managers and evaluate their performance

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
• 10 years Minimum related work experience
• Understanding of the dynamics of franchise owner/company owned environment
• Ability to make independent decisions; assume complete responsibility for his/her work and decisions
• Experience in developing, and executing on, short-term and long-range strategic plans
• Experience in a retail or similar work environment is required. Multi-unit is a plus
