Job Summary
A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Regional Field Organizer.
Must be able to:
- Proactively identify, recruit, and lead individuals to join our expanding community of supporters
- Grow our network and re-energize our existing network
- Train, motivate, and retain volunteers to take on leadership roles
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 1-2 times per quarter to volunteer events, trainings, and staff retreats
- Strong commitment to our philosophy and approach
- Comfort engaging in pressure campaigns, and identifies as vegan or vegetarian
- Highly proficient in using contemporary office software applications
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly and independently
- Ability and enthusiasm to effectively lead, motivate, empower, and engage various target audiences
