Job Summary
A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Regional Fundraising Director in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and managing a portfolio of prospective donors
- Arranging and participating in meetings with new high-wealth potential philanthropist
- Thinking strategically about unique cultivation events for prospects/donors
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Conduct face-to-face fundraising meetings
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of individuals
- Minimum of five years of increasingly responsible development and communications experience
- Proven track record in major gifts and foundation fundraising
- Demonstrated ability to develop, foster, and sustain relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
