Job Summary

A construction company is in need of a Telecommute Regional Inbound Customer Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Scheduling installations with customers
  • Working in our customer relationship management system
  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 25% Travel
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the customer service managementfield
  • Strong computer skills a must
  • Strong telephone skills
  • Constant use of hands to type and write
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
