Job Summary
A construction company is in need of a Telecommute Regional Inbound Customer Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Scheduling installations with customers
- Working in our customer relationship management system
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 25% Travel
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the customer service managementfield
- Strong computer skills a must
- Strong telephone skills
- Constant use of hands to type and write
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
